Nearly the end of January 2015 and a movie that everyone could watch – well if you’re 18 and above. Also gives a slight hint on how a The Bachelor’s party should be.

No, this isn’t a Hang Over movie

When the wedding bell is just around the corner the main question on man’s mind would be who is gonna be your best man. Now, it’s either they have to many friends or non. Well Doug Harris(Josh Gad) has non and this how Jimmy Callaghan(Kevin Hart) comes into the picture. Jimmy offers best man service to those who are lack of him and according to him, this business is a gold mine.
However this time, Doug brought to Jimmy an impossible mission. Jimmy is to prepare not one, not two but 7 best men. What makes it more impossible is that Jimmy only has 10 days to prepare all of this. Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting plays Gretchen Palmer the over excited brides to be and wants everything to be perfect which reminds us alot of Kate Hudson.

A perfect wedding with the perfect best men?

First of all, it’s not your typical wedding movie. It’s surely a breath of fresh air and we totally love it. The idea of a best men service is really unheard of and they really manage to pull it off. Director, Jeremy Garelick has it signature written all over it. The jokes are fresh and the scenes are mostly misleading like The Break-Up but ending is solid.

However, we did feel that movie a little focus on Doug’s character and at certain part the scene just left hanging. Kevin’s character is very solid thou and spot on. It doesn’t feel like he is trying to hard Adam Sandler in Growns Up and Growns Up 2.  Adam Sandler should definitely learn a thing or two from Kevin Hart.
It’s not the joke that you have to watch but funny scenes like the Gretchen’s grandmother being set on fire.

For the TEAMMM!!!!!!

Rating 7.5/10
Some might not agree with our view of the movie but we feel that it deserve it. It’s highly entertaining with some problem that few can relate. By far one of Kevin Hart’s best movie beside Soul Plane.

Release date: 29th January 2015

The “Black” James Bond

During the chaotic hack of Sony Pictures, there one particular email that caught our attention; Idris Elba replacing Daniel Craig as James Bond. Earlier this year, there was some rumors about this but this was just on the surface but this kinda confirms it.
But however not all were pleased this news, one in particular is the flamboyant Rush Limbaugh. Rush last week lashed out on this talk show that a black bond just is not traditional.

” He was white and Scottish, period.  That is who James Bond is.  But now Sony is suggesting that the next James Bond should be Idris Elba, a black Briton rather than a white from Scotland.  But that’s not who James Bond is, and I know it’s racist to probably even point this out,” said the radio announcer.

He continue with view on the news by saying,”That’s right.  We had 50 years of white Bonds because Bond is white.  Bond was never black.  Ian Fleming never created a black Brit to play James Bond.  The character was always white. He was always Scottish.  He always drank vodka shaken not stirred and all that.”

Of course Idris Elba were not that pleased but however the Briton replied to Rush’s criticism with a slight dash of sarcastic tweet – “Isn’t 007 supposed to [be] handsome?”

The Equalizer – Review

The Academy Award Actor, Denzel Washington shows us what is an A listed actor is. In the beginning when the trailer came out, honestly we were worried that this would be that movie he start dropping but he just to show that he is like a good wine.
The Equalizer is a remake of a 1985 tv series which stars Edward Woodward as Robert McCall a former covert operations officer of an unnamed U.S. Government intelligence organization.
Denzel Washington plays Robert McCall who wants to put his Special Forces past behind him and dedicated himself to beginning; to help others.

Robert McCall, who leads a simple life. He gets a smoothie every morning and takes the bus to work.  He works at DIY superstore as supervisor. After work he heads to he favorite local diner and has his dinner and he repeats it daily.
The turning point of this routine is when met Teri a young girl under the control of ultra-violent Russian gangsters. Robert’s special force ability kicks in and he decides to help the poor girl from the abuse. Robert times in and destroy the cocky Russian’s pimp all in 28 seconds.

So it begins from the lowest of rank Robert’s begins taking them one at the time. This is until the head of the Russian organization called Pushkin decides to send his own personal bouncer to end all the drama. However it all ends up Robert having some good target practice. The Russian were not that really impress and it just pisses them all.

Plot: 8/10
Imax: No

Remarks: Initially the role of Robert McCall was meant for Russell Crowe but however they drop the name and opted Denzel. The Equalizer seems modernize and keeping the original essence. This one of those movie, that just follow thru instead of A-Team recipe of disaster. A highly recommended movie to those who love this 80’s series.

THE EQUALIZER : the Story of the Movie

Some of you have seen the trailer of Denzel Washington latest work, The Equalizer. It’s about a man who is basically an unmasked Batman. Denzel’s charisma stands out in it but why is he obsess with his watch is one thing we have to wait for movie to be out.
